CHEMICAL PEELS

Chemical Peels are often made of Alpha hydroxy acids (AHA’s) or beta hydroxyl acids (BHA’s) and are applied to the skin for improvement in pigmentation issues, textural concerns, acne and sun damage including solar keratosis. LIMELIGHT

Laser Limelight is an IPL based laser which uses multiple wavelengths of light to remove brown and red pigmentation on any part of the body. Limelight is the gold standard when it comes to removing pigmentation on the skin. By using multiple wavelengths it attracts the haemoglobin and melanin within the skin to remove any excess of these skin elements.

INFINI

The Infini system is a micro-needling radio frequency (RF) treatment used to treat scars, enlarged pore size, acne and skin texturisation problems. It works by using multiple (49) needles to penetrate the skin and administer some heat into the layer being treated. The advantage of the Infini compared to many other micro needling systems is the included RF. The penetration of these needles begins a controlled trauma process whereby the collagen already established in broken up and begins to rebuild itself, thus extreme benefit to scaring and enlarged pores. The RF added to this treatment also allows for precise energy delivery into the layer of skin responsible for the remodelling of collagen.

SKIN BOOSTERS

Skin Boosters are very similar to Dermal Fillers in the sense that they contain hyaluronic acid (HA) and amino acids essential to good skin health. They serve a slightly difference purpose to that of dermal fillers, as they do not plump or contour the face they simply help aid in the hydration process, which is fundamental for a youthful glow. They are often used for crepey skin, extremely fine lines and also in the neck and hands.

LASER GENESIS

Laser Genesis is considered to be a non invasive form of laser technology which is used to treat large pores, fine lines, scars and diffuse redness. It works by gently heating the upper part of the dermis to about 44 degrees Celsius which is the optimum amount of heat to gently stimulate collagenosis (the process whereby new collagen is formed) and constrict any dilated capillaries.
